People: Patrick Riggs named Broker of the Quarter

Basin Street Properties announced Dickson Commercial Group Vice President Patrick Riggs has been named Broker of the Quarter for Q2 2024.

Riggs is a Northern Nevada native who graduated from the University of Nevada with a bachelor’s degree in business management.

Before joining Dickson Commercial Group, Riggs worked in the financial services industry, helping people with their investment and retirement plans.

During that time, he earned his Nevada Life Insurance license and passed the Series 65 exam to become a licensed investment adviser in Nevada. In 2017, Riggs moved into commercial real estate with DCG.

At DCG, Riggs focuses primarily on office property sales and leasing. Since starting his career in commercial real estate, Riggs has completed over 350 sales and lease transactions.

In addition to his professional work, Riggs is a board member for Junior Achievement of Northern Nevada, where he contributes to the organization’s mission of inspiring and preparing young people to succeed in a global economy.

A contribution of $1,500 will be made to Junior Achievement of Northern Nevada on Riggs’ behalf.
