Plumb Lane, B, Reno, Nevada, Lien Claimant, on July 26, 2024 at 8:00 a.m., will sell a 1961 Redman New Moon 55’ x 10’ mobile home, Serial Number 1101166, pursuant to a Notice of Claim of Lien dated May 20, 2024 on the above described manufactured home for default of payment of rent. Sale of this manufactured home will occur at 7830 N. Virginia St., Space #5, Reno, Nevada, 89506 at the time and date above mentioned. Sale will be made without warranty, express or implied, for the purpose of satisfying the unpaid amount of the lien, additional accrued unpaid rent and late charges plus costs incurred.
