Sparks Tile and Stone purchases headquarters in Sparks

Serving contractors and homeowners in Northern Nevada and neighboring California towns for nearly three decades, Sparks Tile and Stone has established a reputation in the tile, granite and natural stone industry.

The company marked a milestone with the purchase of its headquarters at 905 S. Rock Blvd., in Sparks in a transaction valued at $2,473,800.

Nevada State Development Corp. facilitated the financing for the purchase, which includes renovations, with a low-interest SBA 504 loan in conjunction with Heritage Bank of Nevada, Division of Glacier Bank.
