Real World Canine purchases Reno property

Providing top-level services to dog parents in Northern Nevada, Real World Canine LLC has established a reputation in its field since its founding in 2018.

Now, the business is marking a milestone with the purchase of its property at 1590 E. 2nd St., in Reno in a transaction valued at $1.65 million.

The new facility incorporates design features to help nervous, anxious, abused or traumatized dogs become more social and comfortable members of their household, as well as bedroom boarding.

Nevada State Development Corp. facilitated the financing for the purchase with a low-interest SBA 504 loan in conjunction with United Federal Credit Union.
