Grand Sierra Resort and Casino was named “Best Gaming/Casino Hotel” in Smart Meetings Magazine’s 2024 Smart Stars Awards.

The magazine’s awards platform celebrates meeting planners’ choices for hotels, resorts, properties, cruise lines and conference, and convention centers worldwide. 

The accolade recognizes GSRs commitment to excellence in hospitality, entertainment and customer service within the gaming and casino industry. 

Following a community vote of business professionals who access the platform, who nominate candidates based on first-person experiences at hotels, resorts, venues and destinations across the country.
