NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE

TO: ALL PERSONS HOLDING MECHANIC’S LIENS UPON THE

PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN:

ANY AND ALL PERSONS holding or claiming a lien or liens under the

provision of NRS 108.221 through 108.246, inclusive, upon that real

property in Washoe County, Nevada, described as follows:

1901 S. Virginia Street, Reno, Nevada 89509; Washoe County APN

019-051-15.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the above-named Plaintiff MCP

Build, Inc., has commenced an action on the filing of a Complaint

against the above-named Defendant Repvblik Virginia, LLC, to enforce

the Notice of Lien recorded on February 28, 2024, as Document No.

5438255, Official Records of Washoe County, Nevada, in the total

amount of $650,569.93, plus interest, attorneys’ fees, and costs.

All persons holding or claiming liens under the provisions of NRS

108.221 through 108.246, inclusive, on any of the above-described

premises, are hereby notified to file written statements of the facts

constituting their liens, together with the date and amounts thereof, with

the Clerk of the Second Judicial District Court for the State of Nevada,

in and for the County of Washoe, and to serve the same on the Plaintiff

in care of Philip Mannelly, Esq. of McDonald Carano LLP, 100 W.

Liberty St., 10th Floor, Reno, Nevada 89501, and also on the Defendant

Repvblik Virginia, LLC, at 1784 Hamilton Road, Okemos, MI 48864 and

in care of its registered agent at VCORP Services, LLC, 701 S. Carson

Street, Ste. 200, Carson City, NV 89701, within a reasonable time after

the date of the last publication of this Notice.

AFFIRMATION

The undersigned does hereby affirm that pursuant to NRS 239B.030, the

preceding document entitled does not contain the social security number

of any person.
