People: Kyle Rea inducted in NAIOP class of Visionaries

Kyle Rea was selected as one of the eight professionals who was inducted in the 2024-26 NAIOP Research Foundation class of Visionaries.

Rea is the chief operating officer at Tolles Development in Reno. He has been with the company since 2017 and in 2018 was promoted to chief operating officer.

He has experience as a broker, manager and analyst in the commercial real estate field. Rea attended the University of Nevada, Reno.
