Improvements continue at The Crossing at Meadowood

K Corp. announced the commencement of phase II of construction at The Crossing at Meadowood Square in Reno.

This final phase will bring enhancements to the shopping center, completing the comprehensive project upgrades. Building upon the success of phase I, where Ski Pro and Trek Bikes received façade and entry upgrades, K Corp. is extending the improvements to the remaining storefronts.

The exterior transformation to the 63,000 square foot center will improve street visibility, signage, access and create a more inviting experience for shoppers.

The scope of work will include upgrades to the remaining façade and store entries, including new contemporary finishes and improved tenant signage.

The shopping center will remain open throughout the construction process. Construction completion is expected in the second half of this year. The general contractor is Frank Lepori Construction, and the developer is K Corp.
