People: Charlie Crabtree, Mike McKnight earn promotions at Peterbilt Truck Parts & Equipment

Peterbilt Truck Parts & Equipment and Silver State International announced that Charlie Crabtree has been promoted to parts, service, and sales representative and Mike McKnight to service sales and mobile service dispatch representative.

In Crabtree’s new role, he is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships while representing both dealerships.

He has 17 years of experience in the industry with his previous role at Silver State International being in front counter parts sales. Before Silver State International, Crabtree worked at an automotive parts store for seven years.

Mike McKnight

In his new role, McKnight is responsible for meeting customers at their premises to assess maintenance requirements for their trucks and coordinate the service, whether that be at the shop or dispatching maintenance onsite.

With more than 19 years of experience, his journey with Peterbilt Truck Parts & Equipment began when he joined as a service technician in 2005 and in 2014 was promoted to shop foreman.

As an Army veteran, with more than 13 years of active duty, McKnight continues his tradition of service in a civil capacity. He believes in fostering a supportive network within the veteran community by volunteering with the Nevada Veterans Coalition as well as the Northern Nevada Veterans Cemetery.
