People: Erin French earns promotion at Kidder Mathews

Kidder Mathews has promoted Erin French to president of asset services.

In this role, she will lead the division across the firm’s offices in Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona and Nevada.

French will draw on over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management operations to drive business development and oversee the delivery of exceptional, customized solutions to maximize value for clients.

Since joining Kidder Mathews nearly 25 years ago, French has held various leadership roles. Before being tapped as president, she served as asset services chief operating officer. She holds the Certified Property Manager and Certified Commercial Investment Member designations.

Through her leadership, French has helped Kidder Mathews Asset Services grow at record numbers.
