NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that DIANA MARTORANA is the Beneficiary/Grantee under the Deed Upon Death, which was recorded with the Washoe County Recorder on April 23, 2024 as Document No.5450787. The Grantor, ROBERT MARTORANA, died on April 23, 2024. A creditor having a claim against said Grantor must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this Notice.
