Panattoni Development announces lease at Pyramid Pointe

Panattoni Development announced Milbank Manufacturing has leased 27,000 square feet of space at Pyramid Pointe Commerce Center located at 420 Ingenuity Ave., in Sparks.

The 195,000-square-foot, multi-tenant building features a 30-foot clear height, 50-foot x 50-foot column spacing and an ESFR fire suppression system. Currently, there is space available with 9,000 square feet to 63,000 square foot divisibility.

Pyramid Pointe Commerce Center is owned by Ingenuity 200 Industrial, LLC and developed by Panattoni Development Co., with Tectonics Design Group as the architect and Alston Construction as the general contractor.

Milbank Manufacturing was represented by Tony Machabee with NAI Alliance. The landlord was represented by Joel Fountain, Baker Krukow and Nick Knecht with Dickson Commercial Group.
