Panattoni Development completes tenant improvements

Panattoni Development Co. has completed tenant improvements within Red Rock Business Center, Building 6. Located at 9195 Moya Boulevard in Reno, the building is fully leased.

Valued at $1.6 million, the project stimulated economic growth by generating numerous job opportunities in the construction industry. The project consisted of interior and exterior improvements to 3,000 square feet of space.

Owned by Red Rock 136, the building features a 32-foot clear height, ESFR fire suppression systems, and 52 feet x 50 feet column space. Red Rock Business Center is a six-building complex totaling approximately 1.7 million square feet.
