NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned was appointed and qualified by the Second Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada in and for the County of Washoe on the 14th day of February, 2024, as Trustee of the Gerald Shearer 2022 Trust u.d.t. 12/06/2022 and that GERALD SHEARER, the Settlor of that trust died on December 18, 2023.
All creditors having claims against the Settlor and against the trust estate are required to file a claim with the undersigned at the address above with the Clerk of the Court within 90 days after the first publication of this Notice.
Pursuant to NRS 147.070 claims for $250 or more must be supported by affidavit.
