Peterbilt Truck Parts & Equipment and Silver State International announced Alina Johnson has been promoted to parts manager.
Johnson has served as leasing general manager, rental account manager, and rental administrator for the Idealease and Paclease divisions for more than four years.
During her career with the company, she has been responsible for developing and implementing annual business plans, maintaining all lease and rental facilities, vehicles and signage, and driving profitable growth in accordance with growth forecasts and plans.
Johnson has also managed day to day operations of the rental fleet, monitoring preventative maintenance services, warranty work and open campaigns.
In her new role as parts manager, she will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of both dealership’s parts departments in compliance with established policies and procedures, planning, directing and controlling the activities of the department to ensure the overall growth and profitability objectives are met, and maintaining the highest quality standards of professionalism while serving our customers’ needs.
Johnson earned an associate degree in business administration from Mesa Community College in Arizona, as well as course certifications in rental sales, rental management, and account management.
Johnson has previously worked in the service and hospitality industry, restaurant management, and bookkeeping. In her free time, she volunteers for VA meal services and VA clothing donation drives.
