Pasta La Vista opens at Reno Public Market

The Reno Public Market has announced the addition of a new tenant, Pasta La Vista.

RPMs newest spot is home to Italian pasta dishes made in real parmigiano reggiano cheese wheels imported from Parma to cultivate an authentic taste.

Pasta La Vista is opened by the owner of Reno Public Market’s Mediterranean Bae, Can Uzay, along with his friend, head chef Ibrahim Polat.

Polat will serve as head chef, bringing the experience of a gastronomy degree and working in Michelin-star restaurants in both Rome and San Francisco.
