People: Lindy Deller earns scholarship

NAIOP Corporate announced Lindy Deller has been awarded the prestigious 2024 CRE Scholarship for Women and Underrepresented Professionals.

The scholarship recognizes Deller’s talent and commitment to advancing diversity in the commercial real estate industry.

As a development manager for Panattoni Development in Northern Nevada, Deller plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day processes of real estate development.

Her responsibilities span a wide range of tasks, including land procurement, entitlements, lease-up, construction, and disposition of commercial real estate, primarily industrial, projects.

Beyond her work at Panattoni, Deller is an active member of the board of directors for both NAIOP Corporate and NAIOP Northern Nevada and serves as the co-chair of the Government Affairs Committee for NAIOP NV.

Her dedication to the industry was recognized when she received the Chapter Merit Award for Volunteer of the Year in 2018 and the Chapter Merit Award for Outstanding Leadership by a Chapter President in 2023.
