People: Jennifer Fleischer named escrow manager at Stewart Title Company

Stewart Title Co., of Northern Nevada has announced Jennifer Fleischer as the new escrow manager.

As a third-generation escrow officer with 30-plus years of title and escrow experience, Fleischer will oversee the escrow operations of the division.

Fleischer started escrow as a summer job when she was 15 years old and went full time at the age of 18. She worked as an escrow officer in Newport Beach, facilitating resale, refinance, and commercial transactions.

In 2006, she took on an escrow branch manager position in Signal Hill, where she managed the branch, ran her own desk, and handled marketing responsibilities and state audits for more than 14 years.

Wanting to grow in other areas of the industry, she joined National Commercial Services and facilitated commercial transactions nationwide to include large portfolio, multi-site/multi-state transactions, large hotels, golf courses, business acquisitions and mergers.
