People: Justin Dunn, Tyler Maggert, Hailey McCauley earn promotions at Haws Corp

Haws Corp. has announced several promotions within the Haws – NA team.

Justin Dunn has been promoted to field marketing manager. In his new role, Dunn will take on a larger leadership to develop and execute effective channel marketing training and events to drive customer awareness and growth. Dunn will continue to report to Katy Loos.

Tyler Maggert

Tyler Maggert has been promoted to electro-mechanical engineer III. Maggert joined the organization in 2020 and has been an active contributor to various new product development and engineering projects.

In his new role he will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex electro-mechanical systems and projects. He will play a key role in optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving innovation in engineering solutions. Maggert will continue to report to Ian Roberts.

Hailey McCauley

Hailey McCauley has been promoted to HR manager – NA. In her role, McCauley leads the recruiting strategies and onboarding activities of new hires and will continue to ensure that HR practices align with the company's values and objectives, fostering a positive and productive work environment for all.

McCauley will continue to manage safety and report to Theresa Auld.
