People: Ashley Lawson joins Colliers Reno

Colliers Reno has expanded its retail services team with the addition of Ashley Lawson. Lawson joins the Colliers team with 16 years of experience in commercial real estate and specializes in development, sales, leasing, and investment management in Northern Nevada’s retail market.

Lawson is a native to Northern Nevada and has a degree in science of business management. Lawson has been a retail broker since 2008 and has worked with Lee & Associates, Avison Young and NAI Alliance.

She was most recently the manager of Investment Retail Properties at K Corp. Commercial Real Estate, where she oversaw 13 investment properties ranging from 13,000 to 80,000 square feet and closed $4.7 million in transaction volume over the last five years.

Lawson joins Colliers’ first-class retail brokerage team in Reno, which includes Roxanne Stevenson, Rick Casazza and Amanda Lavi.
