Montane Building Group has completed a warehouse with an accompanying office tenant improvement for Tempo Fulfillment.
The project, located at 9985 Moya Blvd., in Reno, is a 112,390 square foot concrete tilt-up industrial building.
The scope of work for the warehouse included installation of new concrete panels, roofing enhancements, storefront framing and glazing with clear anodized aluminum frames and low-E 1-inch insulated glass, electrical and HVAC systems, 12 dock doors and four overhead doors, as well as four shade structures.
Within the expansive warehouse, MBG completed a 2,040 square foot office space, which includes two private offices, a conference room, kitchen break room, IT room, storage room, small break room, and an operations room, plus new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems as well as high-quality finishes throughout.
The project is owned by Tempo Fulfillment and developed by Moya Properties, LLC.
