Alston Construction announced William Rivera has been promoted to senior preconstruction coordinator.
As a senior preconstruction coordinator, Rivera is responsible for reviewing project and construction documentation, ensuring the project’s constructability, and compiling all project costs related to the assigned scope of work.
He will also coordinate bid proposals from subcontractors and vendors, ensuring bid coverage and maintaining subcontractor prequalification data.
During his time at Alston Construction, Rivera has worked on several notable projects in Northern Nevada including the Victory Logistics District, and Ingenuity 200, as well as Project Hope (Amazon) just outside of Las Vegas in Henderson.
His portfolio of work includes over four million square feet of build-to-suit and tenant improvement projects. Rivera earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
