NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Pursuant to Section 164.025 of the Nevada Revised Statutes, notice is hereby given that Michael John Fiannaca and Ralph J. Hartman, are the duly appointed and qualified successor Co-Trustees of The Tony Fiannaca Family Trust, dated October 20, 1015; the Grantor of that Trust, namely Tony Fiannaca, having died on April 5, 2024. Any creditor having a claim against Tony Fiannaca or the Trust estate must file the claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this Notice.
