NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned is the duly appointed and qualified successor Trustee of the Andrus Trust dated September 11, 2019, established by Charles M. Andrus and Marcene M. Andrus. Charles M. Andrus died on September 13, 2024. A creditor having a claim against settlor Charles M. Andrus or against the trust estate must file such claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
