On Nov. 8, a grand opening was held featuring 18 new townhomes at 3824 Lakeside Drive in Reno.
With limited housing supply in Northern Nevada, this development aims to meet the changing demands of both transplants and Reno natives.
However, the project suffered a setback in July when a framed unit caught fire. Repaired and rebuilt, the townhomes are now available for sale.
