Great Basin Brewing Co. is revolutionizing the dining scene through an innovative, sustainable ranch-to-table concept led by acclaimed Chef Mark Estee.

The Nevada restaurant and brewery is at the forefront of this movement, introducing a 'closed loop food system' to reduce food waste and deliver premium quality and flavor.

In partnership with Park Ranch Meats, Great Basin Brewing Co. has developed a cycle where their spent grain is repurposed as cattle feed.

This grain, a byproduct of their award-winning beer brewing process, provides a nutritious feed for cattle, which are later processed at Park Ranch’s on property facility to ensure only the freshest quality beef with minimal waste is served to patrons.

This groundbreaking system not only supports Nevada agriculture but also puts the state on the map for cutting-edge, sustainable ranch-to-table dining.
