NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner, Nikke John Buschman, by and through his counsel of record, Daniel C. Hershkowitz, Esq., of Kalicki Collier, PLLC, filed a Petition for Probate of Will, for Issuance of Letters of Administration with Will Annexed, and for General Administration (“Petition”) on November 12, 2024. The Petition has been set for hearing on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 @ 10:00 a.m. This hearing will be conducted by conference call only.
