Pursuant to Section 164.025 of the Nevada Revised Statutes, notice is hereby given that Charlene K. Ferrell, is the duly appointed Trustee of the Trust of William C. Kuhs, as Re-Established by Declaration Dated October 7, 2022, the Settlor of the Trust of William C. Kuhs, as Re-Established by Declaration Dated October 7, 2022, died on November 17, 2022. Any creditor having a claim against William C. Kuhs or the Trust of William C. Kuhs, as Re-Established by Declaration Dated October 7, 2022, must file his or her claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication or mailing of this Notice.
