Notice is hereby given that the undersigned is the beneficiary under a Transfer on Death Deed executed by James A. Slusser (herein Grantor) on the 30th day of November, 2022, and that the grantor, James A. Slusser, died on the 19th day of May 2024, and had a date of birth of the 16th day of July, 1942. A creditor having a claim against the Grantor or their respective estates must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
