is the successor Trustee of the HMS Victory
Trust, dated July 29, 2021.The Grantor of that
Trust was David M. Acres. David M. Acres died
on September 28, 2024. At the time of his death,
David M. Acres’ address was 75 Raymond Drive,
Reno, NV 89502. The last four (4) digits of David
M. Acres’ Social Security Number are 0597. A
creditor having a claim against Decedent’s Estate
must file a claim against the Trust with the undersigned
at the address given below within 90 days
