The American College of Cardiology has awarded Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center with the HeartCARE Center National Distinction of Excellence.
This designation is awarded based on meeting accreditation criteria and showcasing a demonstrated commitment to comprehensive, high-quality cardiovascular care.
Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center has been named a HeartCARE Center for the fifth consecutive year, becoming the only hospital in Nevada to reach such a mark.
In addition to this accolade, Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center previously received the Cardiac Cath Lab-PCI Accreditation, Chest Pain Center-PCI Accreditation, and a Transcatheter Valve Certification by ACC Accreditation Services.
Saint Mary’s also was recognized by U.S. News and World Report for Exceptional Performance in key service lines, and the American Heart Association also awarded the health system for its commitment to high quality stroke care.
