A new Holiday Inn Express & Suites has broken ground in Sparks.
The 93-room hotel will offer amenities, including complimentary breakfast, free Wi-Fi, an indoor pool, a patio area, and barbecues, catering primarily to short-term stays.
The Holiday Inn Express will be the sixth hotel managed by MacCall Management, LLC., adding to its portfolio of properties, including the Staybridge Suites in Carson City.
Metcalf Builders will serve as the general contractor of the development and has announced construction is underway, with an expected opening in February 2026.
