was duly appointed and qualified by the

above-entitled Court as Personal Representative

of the Estate of Daniel Thomas Macaulay,

Deceased. All Creditors having claims against

the Estate are required to file their claims with

the Second Judicial District Court, in and for

the County of Washoe, State of Nevada within

ninety (90) days after the mailing or the first publication,

as the case may be, of this Notice.
