NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Petitioner, Sidney Rae Inouye, by and
through her undersigned counsel, filed in the
above-captioned Court a Petition to Set Aside
Estate Without Administration (the “Petition”)
in the above-captioned Estate of Susan Mary
Inouye, Deceased (the “Estate”) on September
24, 2024.
A hearing on the Petition has been set for
Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.
PST in the Probate Court, Washoe County
Courthouse, Reno, Nevada. This hearing will
be conducted by conference call only. Any
person who wishes to be heard on this matter
shall obtain the public dial-in number and
Meeting ID by visiting https://washoecourts.
com/probate, or by calling (775) 328-3100 at
least two (2) days in advance of the hearing.
In the Petition, the Petitioner seeks to set
aside the Estate without administration under
Nevada Revised Statute 146.070 since the
value of the Estate does not exceed $100,000.
All persons interested in the Estate are notified
and invited to appear and show cause
why the Petition should not be granted. The
matter will be approved without further hearing
unless an objection is filed. You do not need to
appear unless you wish to object.
