NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the undersigned has been duly appointed and qualified by the above-entitled Court on the 6th day of September, 2024 as Co-Administrators of the Estate of Gary L. Sakach. All creditors having claims against said estate are required to file same, with proper vouchers attached, with the Clerk of the Court within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice or within thirty (30) days after the date of mailing of this notice. A copy of the claim must also be mailed to the attorneys for the estate at the address listed below.
