NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner,
GARY FRIED, by and through his attorneys,
ALLISON MacKENZIE, LTD., having
filed in this Court a Petition for Summary
Administration, for Issuance of Letters of
Administration, and for Full Authority to
Administer Estate (hereinafter referred to as
the “Petition”), and that the hearing has been
fixed by said Court for the 6th day of November,
2024, at 10:00 a.m., at the Courthouse
in Reno, State of Nevada, located at 75 Court
Street, Reno, Nevada 89501, and all persons
interested in said matter are referred to the
above Petition for further particulars and are
further notified to appear at the time and place
aforesaid and show cause, if any, why Petition
should not be granted. This hearing will be
conducted by conference call only. Any person
who wishes to be heard on this matter shall
