NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned is the duly appointed and qualified Trustee of The Beers Family Trust dated June 6, 2013 (“Trust”). Linda A. Beers, Grantor/Settlor of the Trust died on June 22, 2024.
A creditor having a claim against the Trust, or the Grantor/Settlor of estate must file a claim with Kalicki Collier, LLP, at 401 Ryland Street, Suite 200, Reno, NV 89502, within ninety (90) days after the mailing or the first publication (as the case may be) of this notice.
