Metcalf Builders completes construction of Palomino

Metcalf Builders announced the completion of the Palomino, a multi-family residential project located at 1160 Damonte Ranch Parkway in Reno.

The Palomino spans 535,713 square feet across a 19.5-acre property, offering 482 high-quality residential units. The development features a mix of tuck-under buildings, stacked flat buildings, and carriage buildings. 

Residents will experience premium amenities on site, including an outdoor pool and spa, dog park, pickleball courts, fitness center, modern club room, media lounge, and multiple open areas with barbecues and ramadas. 

The construction value for this project is valued at $96.5 million.
