NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE

TO: ALL PERSONS HOLDING MECHANIC’S

LIENS UPON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED

HEREIN:

ANY AND ALL PERSONS holding or claiming

a lien or liens under the provision of NRS

108.221 through 108.246, inclusive, upon

that real property in Washoe County, Nevada,

described as follows:

850 Matterhorn Blvd, Reno, Nevada 89506;

Washoe County APN 080-411-02.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the

above-named Plaintiff Aspen Electric, has

commenced an action on the filing of a Complaint

against the above-named Defendants

Jeremy Hall and Danielle Hall, to enforce the

Notice of Lien recorded on April 1, 2024, as

Document No. 5445945, Official Records of

Washoe County, Nevada, in the total amount

of $4,840.00, plus interest, attorneys’ fees,

and costs.

All persons holding or claiming liens under

the provisions of NRS 108.221 through

108.246, inclusive, on any of the above-described

premises, are hereby notified to file

written statements of the facts constituting

their liens, together with the date and amounts

thereof, with the Clerk of the Justice Court of

Reno Township for the State of Nevada, in

and for the County of Washoe, and to serve

the same on the Plaintiff in care of Philip Mannelly,

Esq. of McDonald Carano LLP, 100 W.

Liberty St., 10th Floor, Reno, Nevada 89501,

and also on the Defendants Jeremy Hall and

Danielle Hall, at 850 Matterhorn Blvd, Reno,

Nevada 89506, within a reasonable time after

the date of the last publication of this Notice.
