Reno + Sparks Chamber new energy economy event Sept. 12

The Reno + Sparks Chamber of Commerce will host “The New Energy Economy, What the Future Holds for our Community” from 8:30 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Sept. 12 at the Reno Sparks Chamber of Commerce, 4065 S. Virginia St., Suite 100.

The event will explore clean energy, opportunities to create new careers, and how extraction of new minerals may be controversial or game changing.

The event is free and open to members and the public. Seating is limited. Refreshments will be served.
