NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned,
Cheryl Louise Bizar, is the duly
appointed and qualified Trustee of The Rose
Chun 2008 Revocable Living Trust Dated May
15, 2008. The Grantor/Settlor, Rose Chun, of
the Trust, died on June 6, 2024.
A creditor having a claim against the Trust
or either Grantor/Settlor of estate must file a
claim with Kalicki Collier, LLP, at 401 Ryland
Street, Suite 200, Reno, NV 89502, within
ninety (90) days after the mailing or the first
publication (as the case may be) of this notice.
