Reno Eye Institute purchases Reno practice for $1.5 million

Reno Eye Institute has purchased its practice at 7480 Longley Lane in Reno in a transaction valued at $1,524,941.

Nevada State Development Corp. facilitated the financing for the purchase with a low-interest SBA 504 loan in conjunction with Heritage Bank of Nevada, Division of Glacier Bank. Reno Eye Institute provides ophthalmologic medical services including the diagnosis and treatment of patients with a broad range of medical eye diseases as well as surgical procedures such as cataract surgery.
