Mark IV Capital earns LEED certification for newly built industrial asset

Mark IV Capital announces that its recently constructed Building A at Victory Logistics District in Fernley, has received Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Constructed as part of Phase I of Victory Logistics District, Building A was completed in 2022. Mark IV also recently completed Phase 2 of construction, which includes three Class A industrial buildings totaling an additional 1 million square feet of developed space.

The firm intends to pursue LEED certification on future projects as new construction is completed. The three buildings constructed as part of Phase 2, have been submitted and are currently in the review process for achieving LEED certification.

Mark IV Capital’s Northern Nevada office is located within Victory Logistics District at 1740 North Nevada Pacific Pkwy., in Fernley. Leasing efforts are being managed by CBRE.
