Metcalf Builders begins construction on KinderCare Education Center

Metcalf Builders has begun construction of a new KinderCare Education Center at 7989 Tierra Del Sol Parkway in Sparks.

The 12,000-square-foot, single-story preschool will feature a wood-framed design with an exterior of stucco and cultured stone.

The facility is set on a 1.5-acre site and will include classrooms for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and pre-kindergarten children. Additionally, the center will have a gym, common learning areas, and staff offices.

The project is valued at $4 million and has an estimated completion date of January 2025.
