NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Mark T.
Howe and Patrick M. Kealy have been duly
appointed and qualified by the above Court on
August 29, 2024 as Co-Executors of the Estate
of Herbert Charles Howe, Jr., deceased. All
creditors having claims against this estate are
required to file the same with the Clerk of the
Court within ninety (90) days after the receipt
of this notice, with a copy being mailed to the
attorney for the administrator at the address
above.
