Barclay Group has acquired Kiley Ranch Marketplace in Sparks for $25.6 million. The 46.71-acre parcel is located at the southwest corner of Wingfield Hills Road and Pyramid Highway.
Kidder Mathews brokers Shawn Smith and Sean Retzloff represented Barclay and the seller, KM2 Development, Inc., and will handle leasing for future development.
The site is slated to become the first new retail power center in Sparks since 2005. Characterized by large-format, open-air layouts and anchored by national retailers, power centers typically draw consumers from a wide regional area and often exceed 250,000 square feet in size.
Kiley Ranch Marketplace is planned for 400,000 square feet of retail.
