MBG completes remodel for Nevada Department of Taxation

Montane Building Group has announced completion of remodel of the south Reno office space of the Nevada Department of Taxation located at 9850 Double R Blvd., in Reno.

The remodel, developed in collaboration with Incline Capital Group, will encompass upgrades throughout 11,506 square feet of office space. This is Montane Building Group’s 10th project with Incline Capital Group.

Project highlights include:

• Reconfiguration of the existing space including new walls, select new ceilings, HVAC ducts, new power and data locations and new finishes

• Addition of six new offices, a mother’s room, fax/copy room and small conference room

• Upgraded ballistic drywall and shatter resistant barrier film installed in the lobby
