Steve Kucera
Colliers announces Steve Kucera has joined the firm as a vice chair, bringing more than 20 years of experience in industrial real estate sales and leasing to the Northern Nevada market.
A top producer in Northern Nevada, Kucera is highly regarded for his dedication, strategic approach, and proven track record of success. Throughout his career, he has been involved in more than 800 sale and lease transactions totaling 40 million square feet, with total consideration exceeding $1 billion.
Kucera specializes in all phases of industrial real estate, including landlord and tenant representation, disposition, acquisition, and land sales. Before joining Colliers, Kucera was at Kidder Mathews, where he was part of a top performing Industrial team.
Kucera has represented some of the largest institutional owners in Northern Nevada including Link Industrial, Becknell Industrial, Prologis and Dalfen Industrial, to name a few.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in business information systems from the University of Montana and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Nevada.
Kucera is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, a Certified Commercial Investment Member, and has served on the boards of the Northern Nevada CCIM Chapter and NAIOP Northern Nevada.
He is also active in the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada and Western Industrial Nevada.
