Caitrianna Bishop
Western Environmental Testing Laboratory announces Caitrianna Bishop has been promoted to client services manager.
With more than four years of experience at WETLAB, Bishop previously worked in client services supervising sample control staff and couriers, providing support with sample receiving, courier routes, and bottle kit requests.
Bishop earned a Bachelor of Science in environmental science from Texas A&M University, as well as an Associate of Science from Brookhaven College in Dallas.
Bishop will serve as a member of WETLABs Leadership Team, overseeing the personnel in sample control, project management, accounts receivable, and business development.
In her new role, Bishop will be responsible for ensuring exceptional client experiences, developing and executing strategic plans, mentoring staff, improving operational processes, and managing accounts receivable collection activities.
