Sam Meredith
Colliers announces Sam Meredith has joined its retail team in Northern Nevada as vice president.
He will work alongside Roxanne Stevenson, Rick Casazza, and Ashley Lawson to enhance the team’s capabilities in landlord and tenant representation for retail properties across the region.
Meredith brings six years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, specializing in landlord representation, tenant representation, retail development, and investment sales. Throughout his career alongside previous team members, he has contributed to achieving over $350 million in total production.
Meredith and his former team have worked closely with notable clients such as Fritz Duda Co., Rhino Investment Group, Charles Co., Selective Real Estate Investments, and Bridge 33 Capital, among others.
In his new role, Meredith will also serve as a prime point of contact as the Reno retail team broadens its endeavors, leveraging his expertise to support the team’s growth and foster stronger client relationships.
